Mini Story:
This drop-leaf table dates to the 1920s–1930s, a period known for quality craftsmanship and practical, space-saving design. Made from solid oak, it features the robust gateleg structure typical of the interwar years, when furniture was built to last and suit more modest, multi-purpose interiors. The tabletop has been carefully restored to revive its rich tone and highlight the natural grain, while the legs and stretcher base remain in original condition—preserving the authentic wear and character that only a century of use can create. This piece is extremely functional and would suit a range of spaces. When folded it is compact but when extended can seat four people comfortably.
