An elegant early Crown Devon jardiniere dating to the Edwardian era, beautifully decorated with sprays of purple pansies against a soft cream ground. Produced by S.F. & Co. in Stoke-on-Trent shortly after the introduction of the Crown Devon name, this charming planter retains its original metal rim and showcases the quality decorative pottery for which the English potteries became renowned. A beautiful piece for displaying plants, floral arrangements or as a decorative antique in its own right.
