Dressed in a classic white Pierrot-style clown costume, this delightful character features hand-painted black stars and pompoms, bold black buttons, colourful patches and a beautifully formed red-edged ruff. The mottled circular base completes the distinctive design.

Clown Bunnykins was produced exclusively for U.K.I. Ceramics Ltd in 1992, in a special limited edition of only 750 figures. This example appears to be individually numbered 97, making it an appealing two-digit edition.

Presented with its original Royal Doulton Bunnykins box, this is a particularly desirable addition to a Bunnykins collection, circus-themed display or Royal Doulton cabinet.
