Collector Note: this jug is not recorded in Volume 1, Royal Doulton Seriesware books by Louise Irvine as part of this series. It is however depicted at page 20 Volume 5, New Discoveries by Louise Irvine - so it isn't an "abundant" example
This series was introduced in 1937 and withdrawn during WWII - so it follows that it wasn't produced for a particularly long period of time

Approx 14cm (5 1/2") spout to handle
