Mini Story or Hook

A striking vintage Scots Grey’s Whisky advertising mirror, featuring the historic James McDonald & Sons name, “Est’d 1813” and the bold slogan “Finest Scotch Whisky”.

The centre features a colourful depiction of the famous Scots Greys cavalry, giving the mirror plenty of visual impact and a distinctly traditional Scottish character.

Large-format advertising mirrors such as this were designed to recreate the classic look of British and Scottish pub advertising and have become popular decorative pieces in their own right. At approximately 76 × 59 cm, this is a substantial piece that would look fantastic behind a home bar, in a whisky room, man cave, pub, restaurant or vintage-themed interior.
