Mini Story or Hook

A charming early 20th-century children’s adaptation of Miguel de Cervantes’ enduring classic Don Quixote, retold by John Lang as part of the popular Told to the Children series.

Following the adventures of the idealistic Don Quixote and his faithful companion Sancho Panza, Lang’s shortened version introduced generations of younger readers to one of literature’s most famous characters.

This attractive antique edition features period illustrations by F. M. B. Blaikie, including colourful full-page scenes, together with its distinctive original pictorial cloth binding.
