Vintage Royal Doulton Magician Bunnykins DB126 Red Cummerbund

A little theatrical magic from one of Royal Doulton’s most enduring collectable series, this charming Magician Bunnykins DB126 depicts a formally dressed rabbit performing the classic rabbit-from-a-hat illusion.

Standing beside a table marked “MAGIC”, the magician wears a glossy black tailcoat, burgundy-red cummerbund and cream waistcoat. A tiny white rabbit emerging from the black top hat completes the whimsical scene.

This is the desirable first variation, distinguished by its red cummerbund and yellow-edged tablecloth. Designed by Graham Tongue and made in England, it was issued in 1992 as a special limited release of 1,000.
